Queen In You (QIY) is an organization of female collegiate students and alumni who dedicate time to train future queens in the areas of professional development, self-esteem, etiquette, scholarship, and service. The purpose is to connect & join with a surrounding elementary, middle school, and or high school to mentor young girls and promote women's advancement, professional enhancement, community-service, etiquette training and the social well being of its members through participation in organizational activities such as community service, full body meetings, fundraising, and social events.
