Being a part of the Team at BHE
Working at BHE and the team in COE I have gained tremendous experience. From enhancing my skills as a Lineman to becoming a Line Crew Foreman. Being a Foreman you have to transform into a leader and that has it's challenges. To become a Healthy Organization, you have to obtain the culture we have in Canon City. We are one team, not different departments or groups but ONE.I feel very passionate about this and that is why I feel my next step in my career is Operation Supervisor.
