I was the link between product managers and other parts of the organization. Helping them answer questions regarding product usage and financial performance, providing them with the right analysis and data for them to make decisions. Additionally, I supported key projects in identifying KPIs and the right data to use to assess their performance. Finally, I was expected to be the go-to person whenever there was a product data-related question.

• Created a maintained over 40 dashboards in Power Bi.
• Maintain 100% uptime of dashboards with minimal disruptions.
• Be the go to person for Senior Leadership to create reports for the board of directors.

I was the go-to persona to identify the right data sources to answer complex questions related to product usage and help the Director of Analytics create meaningful reports for product management and senior leadership. Additionally, supported the Pricing Director structure and rolled out a pricing strategy to the different available regions. Finally, I was a key figure in creating and supporting the adoption of Power BI as a Business intelligence tool for the Product organization.

• Be a leading figure of the product organization in the adoption of Power BI.
• Provide the analysis used to negotiate the merger of the organization, creating a joint company of more than 3 Billion USD.
• Provide meaningful analysis within a week of the request.

Be the support of the sales team for administrative tasks, such as processing marketing plans, maintaining up to date sales opportunities in SalesForce, and invoice processing. Additionally, I supported the Product Manager keeping updated the sales plan and the arrival of products, as well as being the backup whenever needed. I supported the Supply Chain Manager, tracking indicators of inventory management and delays in shipping.

• 100% of all invoices were processed with in the month of arrival.
• 100% of marketing plan were processed and executed timely.
• Manage to handle a big workload in a fast passed organization.

Be the support person to do administrative work to plan and execute marketing plans, such as events and marketing deals with partners. Support the Supply Chain Manager, tracking shipping indicators and sales planning. Additionally, I helped with technical training for sales representatives in stores. Finally, I support the technical pre-sales manager in troubleshooting small devices.
