- Coordinate the admission with the resident, POA, Primary Care Physician.

- Collect necessary paperwork; all advanced directives, admission agreement, and signed physician orders.

• My duties included: passing medication (as I am QMAP Certified), assisting with transfers, following care plans, and assisting with ADL's.
• I displayed organizational skills, am qualified to provide basic life support. I created a friendly work environment/home for the residents.
• I also had to have basic math skills to correctly follow doctors medication orders.

• My responsibilities included making sure that youth and adult sports practices/ games ran smoothly.
• A typical day would include me heading to the fields/gym early to set up and ensure the field/gym was well prepared and ready.
• I demonstrated communication and problem solving skills throughout the work day.
