Madison Mihalik

During my time working at Locals, I gained experience in most job at a restaurant. I learned how to clean an entire kitchen, and did the dishes. I took orders over the phone, and in-person, improving my customer service skills while I did my best to satisfy every customer. I also gained experience on how to work registers, and delivering food to tables. In addition to this, I learned how to cook every item that we served in the restaurant. I was able to adapt to multiple roles, demonstrating my flexibility and commitment to my job.

I have been baby sitting my neighbors since they moved to Evergreen in 2019. They currently have three boys who are 9, 7, and 5. Watching an infant and two toddlers at the same time was very beneficial to helping me become better with kids. This opportunity has taught me wonderful skill on how to problem solve, and how to work well in high stress situations.
