Luis Fernando Vargas Calderón

Professional in International Relations and Political Studies, Master in Education, and specialist in Senior Management.

Mr. Vargas has more than 12 years of management experience in planning and strategic direction in security and defense matters, international development cooperation, university teaching, disarmament and non-proliferation, hydrocarbon, mining and gas issues, crisis response and humanitarian relief.

He is author and co-author of several award-winning articles recognized by specialized research centers.

During his career in the Colombian Ministry of Defense the following high impact results stand out:
