- Fill out forms such as G-28, I-485, I-360, I-765, I-131, I-601, I-601A,I-212, I-864W, I-130, I-914,I-914A, I-192, I-918, I-918A, I-589, AR-11, N-400.
- Check the immigration forms are fill out correctly and apply the Attorney edits.
- Analyze information obtained through FOIA requests to assess the optimal strategy for the client or determine if a strategic adjustment is warranted.
