Directly responsible for the supervision of Fitness Floor 1 and 2 located on the first and second level of the facility. Knowledgeable in all facility policies and will assist with policy enforcement.
Additionally, works as a member of the Events Associate team. Assisting with set-up and break down of special events as well as ensuring smooth operations during said event.
Duties include, general maintenance and upkeep throughout the facility, monitoring and interacting with patrons, setting up recreational equipment, enforcing policy, and other duties as assigned.
Make sure all product in store is fully stocked on shelf, collaborate with team to fill online orders. Provide customer service with knowledge of types of alcohol and
taste profiles, keep floors, doors, shelves, and windows clean. Bring and load keg orders for customers
Interact with new customers by giving tours of gym equipment, talk about gym goals and provide the best membership possible. Do scheduled cleaning on gym
equipment, floors and amenities within the club. Build rapport with new and current members. Focus on making leads and making phone calls in order to hit monthly
goals.
Ensure members are checked into club properly as well as keep up with towel service which includes, collecting, changing out loads, folding and putting away
every 30 minutes. Making 60+ phone calls a day as well as talking to interested members about training and memberships.
Insure service is done correctly and in a timely matter according to company standards. Help customers find correct tires and/or wheels, and find best financial
fit. Connect with customer before, during and after service.
