Within my role as a Customer Service Representative at USAA I was a cross trained Banking Specialist in Deposit and Credit products. My main objective is to open new accounts such as Checking/ Savings/ Certificate of Deposits along with Auto/ Personal Loans and Credit Cards. In this position I dealt with a wide range of clientele working with people on many different issues to ensure their fiscal responsibility.

Within this role, I was the sole Customer Service Rep working on a wide range of projects. My sole tasks included managing all inbound questions related to products, shipping/ tracking, returns, invoicing and warranty related issues.
