Serve as a subject matter expert in hospice regulatory compliance, promoting best practices, improving documentation accuracy, and enhancing overall quality of care.

• Travel to hospice Arizona to assess and support clinical compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation.
• Provide in-person and remote training to nursing staff, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members on hospice regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and agency policies.
