

Mechanical Engineer with Specialization in Project Management and Business Administration, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Project Management.
Over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry leading EPC, FEED, and detailed engineering projects. Strong background in project management, contract administration, cost control, QA/QC, commissioning, and multidisciplinary construction management (mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation).
Proven expertise in fire protection systems design under NFPA standards, piping stress analysis, construction supervision, and contract management. Experienced in delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ASME and international engineering standards.
Lead for static equipment and piping installation; interaction with auditing/inspection (interventoría) to ensure technical scope compliance, progress measurement (work progress reports), technical deviations, and review of construction procedures and technical documentation.
Project control (scope, time, cost, and other project areas) to meet client contractual terms.
Supervision and interconnection of equipment assembly; commissioning of auxiliary systems.
Technical personnel management and leadership of piping & mechanical teams for site meetings and committees.
Commissioning support and final project delivery to the client (including protocols, as-built drawings, and final reports).
