Laura Treacy

Registered General Nurse with a BSc in Nursing from Waterford Institute of Technology (2017) and over six years of experience in clinical settings, with a particular focus on Gynaecology and Colposcopy through my work with CervicalCheck since 2018. I’m passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centred care and have a strong ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and work efficiently in both team-based and high-pressure environments.

As a member of the Cork Camogie team since 2012, I’ve gained valuable experience in leadership, discipline, and performance under pressure—qualities that enhance my professional approach in any setting.
