I have new build, condominium conversation, raw land acquisitions for parcels that are intended to be used as zoned as well as parcels that are acquired for rezoning and use changes, extensive multi-family, single-family and new build clients, commercial condominium, warehouse sales and land development, entitlement and project design experience.

Nationsway Transport - Operations Manager in Transportation
Working with Nationsway Transport was a great experience for me as I was able to showcase my dedication, fortitude, adaptability and ambition in an environment where I was rewarded for my efforts from working the entry level night shift in the mailroom to one of the first female Operations Supervisors to be rewarded a private office and significant roles that were once male dominated in the company.
My role involved supervisory responsibilities, team building, team maintenance, delegating, auditing, a national role with significant travel and interaction with dock and office employees nationwide and I feel it really set the basis for what I believe would be a strong team lead in real estate with extreme attention to details.
I did on-site sales for developers on a variety of projects in the Denver Metro area. The projects consisted of new build construction and large and small scale conversion projects. I thrived in the fast-paced environment with all the demands of file maintenance, builder contracts and addendums, lender and title correspondence as well as communications with cooperating Brokers for roughly 15 years.
I was intricately involved in helping with design input, data mining sales comps for financing requirements and overall consulting with developers on project viability.
I also hung my license with RE/MAX Alliance, RERevolution and 8Z Real Estate throughout my career and achieved Top Producer status with all the brokers I had the privilege of aligning with.
Many time Top Producer and $10 Million yearly sales to qualify for company excursions.
