- Managed the member database. This included all member data as well as the recording of all donations made by cash, check, online and through investment funds. Provided month-end reports and other reports as needed to the CPA and management.
- Helped produce the church's weekly newsletter. Collected information from staff and the ministries at the church and used Canva and MailChimp to compile, organize, and format an aesthetically pleasing online newsletter.
- Collaborated with IT contractor to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment
- Assisted with various remodeling projects at the church. Helped choose materials for the update of the fellowship hall and kitchen as well as coordinating all contractors for the remodel of bathrooms.

- Managed the Kids Hope mentoring program at Sanborn Elementary. Recruited mentors from the congregation and performed all screening tasks which included reviewing applications, performing interviews, and running background checks on all mentors. Also provided training for new mentors.
- Coordinated the weekly schedule of hour-long mentoring sessions at the school. Also coordinated two to three social events for the kids and their families throughout the school year.
- Worked with the school staff and mentors to ensure proper documentation of each mentoring session and to provide support to the staff member, mentor or mentee as needed.
