Originally hired on as a parts coordinator, I was offered a positional change after the shop's long time production manager retired.

My responsibilities included;

• Communicating and scheduling sublet services with dealerships and vendors during the vehicle repair process, often driving the vehicles myself.
• Utilizing software (CCC1) to monitor and update vehicle repair process and statuses
• Organizing and scheduling vehicle safety system recalibrations
• Invoicing and filing receipts from vendors, using the shop credit card

• Assisted customers in selecting appropriate tire options based on vehicle specifications and driving conditions.

• Managed vehicle organization, ensuring efficient parking and retrieval processes.
