I am a successful chief engineer of 10 plus years and over 20 years in the industry. I started my career in engineering with the Federal Center. After a couple of years at the Fed Center, I was offered a job with the Wells Fargo Center where I worked as a building engineer for over 10 years. I was then offered a Chief Position with Commonwealth Partners in the winter of 2011 to take over the Guaranty Bank Building. Zeller Realty Group purchased the Guaranty Bank Building in 2012, and as Zeller grew in the market in Denver, I was offered more opportunity to utilize my skills as chief and bring the Alamo Plaza Building and the Guaranty Bank building up to today's standards.
