• Oversees all 120 Murray's Cheese Shops within the largest Kroger division.
• Communicates effectively to all levels within the division on what promotional execution will be taking place each period, sales data, labor, shrink and inventory control.
• Computer skills utilized to perform operational tasks are Power BI, KCMS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Supports opening and setting up new cheese shops. Communicating with project managers on any issues that arise with new stores or remodels happening within the cheese shop.

• Coach and train on everyday brand standards and food safety to ensure the division and Murray’s teams are aligned with the specialty cheese program.
• Implements inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Executes and communicates merchandising promotional display plans to highlight specialty cheeses, driving increased sales on promotional and seasonal items,
• Collaborated with DSD vendors, maintaining strong partnerships.
• Refines product offerings by analyzing sales data, enhancing overall product selection.

Coached and trained all new associates of beverage and food safety standards.

Collaborated with Starbucks DM's to aligned on licensed Starbucks brand standards.
