• Created a custom end to end customer service interface. This included a unique WordPress form, custom integration to CRM, and UI for users to work in.
• Developed an integration between HubSpot and Dynamics CE. The integration utilized plug ins with C# to perform complex data manipulations between systems.
• Tailored dozens of Model Driven apps to fit a clients specific business needs. While also utilizing Microsoft's best practice approaches.

Day to Day

• Provide post-Go-Live support for 20+ clients, addressing diverse needs such as user training, system enhancements, and resolution of technical issues
• Serve as a client success manager to clients, fostering strong relationships through regular status meetings, proactive issue resolution, roadmap development, and alignment on long-term business goals
• Design and implement advanced technical solutions, including workflows, Power Automate processes, JavaScript customizations, and C# plug-ins, to streamline operations and enhance system functionality
• Collaborate with teams to define, strategize, and implement marketing and web strategies.

• Prioritized multiple jobs that needed to be accomplished in order to keep a flow between mechanics, salesmen, and customers

• Designed innovative fracking pumps to reduce maintenance time in the field, while also improving longevity. Utilized basic fundamentals to think outside of the box on what is achievable in a static industry.
