  • Boosted employee engagement by implementing innovative team-building activities and fostering a collaborative work environment. I would organized team building activities for the whole disctrict (christimas parties, ect) in order to get to know each other.
  • Enhanced customer satisfaction with attentive service and prompt resolution of issues. Both the Pharmacy Director and District Manager would designate me as a go to guy for handling customer complaints in the District.

The Pharmacy Director would have me go into stores that have huge numbers to fill, type, and Product verify, and were workflow was a issue; I would implement my strategies and ideas and utilize them in the stores that are struggling until workflow was not a issue. I would also coach the current Pharmacy Manager at the store on workflow issues, increase business ideas, and team management twice a week.
  • At the request of both the District Manager and Pharmacy Director, I would go into stores and help hire pharmacy techs for the store..   • Pharmacy Director would have me train pharmacy managers in how to look at the P and L sheet. Also, how to look at labor and projections, and how to determine how many hours he can have for tech help based on his actual vs project labor.
