I stared as a meat packer when I first started back in July of 2018. When I was a packer i started to memories the different codes there are for the different products they have. From there I moved my way up to operate on the steak line. I then had to learn all the different products and codes they had for the different steak. lastly i started to learn more about how to set up the front and the back of the lines. On July 1, 2019 I became a lead in training to become a supervisor.
When I was working here I would help run the machine in ways like, I made sure the machine always had bags for the bagel. I also made sure that the bagel bags had the correct date on it. Also I was trained to the the quality control on the bags every hour our so to make sure that the bagels didn't have any metal in them or would under weight.
