  • Input wire transfers into banking system, calculate the totals of all wires and submit them to the Wire department. Figure payoff mortgage loans, cut checks and wires to pay Lenders and County Tax Collectors for the borrower’s loan. Call Lenders and order updated payoff statements, confirm the current payoffs with customer service. Answer incoming calls from Lenders Escrow and Title companies. Double check files and sign off on them, for other processors. Calculate incoming checks, scan the checks and enter the bank deposits. Run UPS labels for the Lenders checks and overnight them. Run the Daily Cash Reports, Trial Balance Credit/Debit Reports, Incoming and outgoing wire reports, and unidentified wire reports. File the completed files on a daily basis, keep a daily count.
  • Answer all incoming calls from escrow and title companies. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in the office. Set up couriers for pickup and delivery of Escrow packages coming to and from customer and realtors.
