As an automotive inspector, I primarily inspect claims made to various vehicle warranty companies by both vehicle dealerships and independent repair facilities. I verify the legitimacy of the claim, verify proper diagnostics have been performed, and the proper repair has been estimated. I then contact the warranty company and ensure all required information has been provided to move forward with the repair. I am also contracted to perform pre-vehicle purchase inspections and pre-service contract purchase inspections to ensure that a vehicle is in quality condition before a vehicle and/or contract is purchased.

As an automotive technician I acquired both A.S.E. master certification and Chrysler master certification. Performed pre-purchase inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on engine, transmission, heating and A/C, driveline, brakes, and electrical systems. Executed vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer schedules to ensure optimal performance. Collaborated with service writers to address customer concerns efficiently and enhance service quality.
