In my current role with Olinger Crown Hill, I oversee all aspects of funeral and cemetery pre-arrangements as well as cemetery at-need arrangements.


In this position, I am responsible for all recruiting and training to ensure the development of our sales team in order to successfully meet and exceed sales expectations.


Some accomplishments during my current tenure at Crown Hill include being awarded as a Sales Manager of the Year for Middle Markets II for achieving 161% growth in Prearranged Funeral Production for 2023, increasing total production from $7.6 million in 2022 to $9.5 million in 2023, and increasing heritage sales by $336 thousand. Additionally, we recorded the largest sales month in the history of the location in August of 2023 with over $1.2 million in production.

As Sales Manager at Westlawn-Hillcrest, I was responsible for for all aspects of pre-arrangements as well as at-need cemetery cases.


While in this role, we underwent a change in our General Manager position. During the transition, I assumed the bulk of the duties traditionally handled by the GM.


Our team had many successes during my time in this role. Some accomplishments of note include attaining quota 14 of 16 months, hiring and training my successor, increasing Pre-Arranged Funeral units by 243 in my first 12 months compared to the previous 12 months. For 2021, I was awarded as the Sales Manager of the Year for the Nebraska/Iowa Market and I was on pace to receive the award again in 2022 prior to departing for my current position at Olinger Crown Hill.

Family Service Counselor

As a Family Service Counselor at Westlawn-Hillcrest, my day to day responsibilities included prospecting, presenting to pre-need families, meeting with at-need families, as well as overseeing graveside services.


In this role, I was able to achieve Pacesetter each month beginning in April of 2020 until I was promoted to Sales Manager in June of 2021.
