I took this as a side job to help make ends meet, but now that time is getting slow, I'm looking for a more reliable job that can help me pay my bills, my rent, and live a more comfortable life. I strive to shop for others how I would shop for myself, by making great choices, and learning what the customer likes. I also learn from mistakes and try not to make them again.
I've been in Colorado my whole life, and still find time to optimize my routes and since new neighborhoods are always developing, I ensure that communication is established from when I'm picking up the customer's order to drop off.
I worked for Target for several years, at first I worked in electronics, then clothing, then registers, health and beauty, front end and warehouse. I left due to family health reasons. I worked only seasonally, and learned how to close Target and open Target. If I could go back every single time, I would. My time there helped me achieve all that there is to learn about Target except for two departments which were AP (Asset Protection) and HR (Hiring Resource Team).
The only thing that can allow me to return to Target is soley based on it's atmosphere. If I know I won't thrive, I'm not going to stay for very long. If the atmosphere is healthy, and thriving that's what helps me to stay. The Target's that I worked at except for one were healthy and thriving atmosphere's. The co-workers were easy to get along with and the managers almost always had open door polices. Which helped me navigate through some really tough times. Those are just a few things I look for when I'm looking at a new place.
