• Perform data update, cleansing, and quality activities related to the operation of the Unique Victims Registry (RUV).
• Support the verification and confirmation of victim records stored in different information systems, generating accreditations or escalating requests to the National Level when necessary.
• Support the process of receiving, filing, and forwarding PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions), appeals, updates, and other documents related to the Unique Victims Registry (RUV) required by the Central Level, originating from the Territorial Directorate.
• Perform activities related to facilitating information exchange with entities responsible for the victim assistance and reparation process under Law 1448 of 2011 when required.
