Responsible to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive trade compliance programs across LATAM, Canada and EMEA regions to ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations and company policies.

I conduct thorough risk assessments and trade audits, providing strategic guidance on import/export processes and documentation requirements. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencies and deliver targeted training initiatives that enhance regulatory awareness across the organization.

Responsible for all imports and exports activities along the North of Latin America that includes Colombia, Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica and Peru

• AEO leader (Authorized Economic Operator)

• Key liaison for all import activity including, but not limited to, quotations, bookings of both air and ocean LCL/FCL shipments

• Enforce business requirements, coordinate activities with freight forwarders, brokers, and transportation companies to ensure timely arrival of goods.

• Order to Cash (OTC)
• Handling of revenue and non-revenue orders, extension warranties, credit and debit memos, intercompany orders, service orders and handling of different problems related SAP issues
• Monthly, weekly and daily Reports
• Daily interaction with logistics, finance, sales and marketing departments

• Reception, processing and and execution of purchase orders (end-2-end process)
• Delivery coordination and Billing Management
• Monitoring the distribution of goods
• Logistic Management and Inventory control
• Tracing of monthly revenue. Daily, weekly and monthly Reports
• Interaction with different areas such as Logistics, Finance, Sales and Project teams

• Customer Service in a Paper Trading Company, shipments tracking and follow up of purchase orders
• Documenting procedures, handling transport, collections and different payment tools (letter of credit specialist).

• Ocean and Air Operations Dept (Expo & Impo) - Handling and follow up of shipments (Dry & Reefer cargoes), bookings, transport documents (B/Ls, AWBs and CRTs), notice of shipment, sailing and arrival notice, in close contact with shippers, consignees, international agents, banks and customs brokers.
