My responsabilities as an English teacher at SENA were related to the design of lesson plans that worked as a way to allow every student to be included into the teaching process, imparting classes to students whose ages ranged from 18 to almost 55, using technological resources to catch the students' attention and engagement towards the English language, participation in extracurricular activities that involved bilingual practice (Conversation and writing), promotion of productive learning environments to increase motivation and engagement in students. In addition, I took part in professors meetings where planning was discussed in order to find better ways to improve the students' learning process. Finally, as an intern, I had the chance to develop a pedagogical research project during my stay at the institution; this project was related to interactive and team-based learning strategies to improve students' skills within the English language classroom.

My responsabilities as a bilingual call center agent were linked to responding to customer calls to provide services related to the airline COPAAIRLINES. My job was to provide information about flights and prices. Booking and cancelling flight reservations was part of my responsibility during the job. Finally, another part of my job was to provide information about premium advantages to customers inside the airline.
