• Conducted 3D building surveys and modeling, integrating real materials and construction systems to produce highly accurate models in Autodesk Revit. Responsible for delivering precise quantity takeoffs, optimizing project budgets, and performing early clash detection, ensuring informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving before and during construction. (May 2022 – Jul 2023)

• Architect in charge of a 15-story residential building, leading the project from its initial conception through final finishes. Responsible for developing the project budget, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, creating constructive breakdowns (despieces), and coordinating architectural and MEP installations throughout the tower. Additionally served as site inspector, ensuring technical compliance, quality control, and alignment with design standards during every stage of construction.
