  • During my time at TaskUs I had the opportunity of working on two accounts. The first one was Navex. This was an ethics and compliance hotline where the main purpose of it was taking inbound calls every single day where individuals reported not-so-pleasant situations, and we had to file reports to depict the situation exactly or almost exactly as they shared it through words. The campaign lasted approximately eight months, and results were successful.
  • After that, I was transferred to Shopify to provide technical support via chats and emails. During this time, customer satisfaction (Smiley) was the main metric for the whole campaign. I was able to have the highest number ever accomplished by a support advisor during this time, with a total of 227 positive surveys, and be an influential model on how to provide support to our customers.

  • Worked here approximately thirteen months. During this time I had to mainly work on renewing insurance policies for auto, home, and life insurance. Additionally, I had to take inbound calls every single day and kept customer satisfaction rates above the expected rate. Turning into an influential model within my coworkers and company.
