
In my role as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon Delivery Station, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility. One of my key contributions is in optimizing package sorting processes, Recognizing a bottleneck in the sorting workflow, and I proposed and implemented a revised sorting strategy that resulted in a 100 percent increase in sorting efficiency. I have improved building morale due to these efforts. My goals are aligned to contribute to meeting and exceeding daily delivery goals consistently.
Make sure all my team has product to start the day , make sure routes are open and close them in time, take care of epicks and overall make sure we have all products selected in the right routes on time.
