I’ve built a well-rounded skill set through years of hands-on experience in equipment rental, logistics coordination, and customer service. I started my career at Sunbelt Rentals as an Equipment Rental Specialist, where I learned the ins and outs of rental operations, product knowledge, and how to deliver exceptional service. After two years, I was promoted to Dispatcher, which gave me the opportunity to manage fleet movement, schedule deliveries and pickups, and keep communication flowing smoothly between our field teams and customers. One year and three months ago, I stepped into my current role as a Territory Account Manager, where I oversee $4–5 million in rental fleet across multiple accounts in the Colorado Springs area. I’m proficient in Salesforce and several logistics platforms, which I use daily to track performance, manage customer data, and streamline operations. I thrive in fast-paced environments and pride myself on being reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented. Whether I’m resolving service issues, coordinating dispatch schedules, or working directly with clients, I bring strong communication skills and a commitment to getting the job done right. My experience has prepared me to take on complex coordination roles and contribute meaningfully to any team I join.
