• New Payroll System Implementation, Project leader for the migration of a 23 years system to the best in class in Panama payroll system PPS by Tecnasa. It included 1,250 employees.
• Accounts Payable migration (Canada to Panama), Migration of the AP Operation from Grainger Canada to the Grainger Shared Service established in Panama. (ERP SAP)
• Training Leader for the SAP Implementation in Mexico, Responsible for training and stabilization of SAP AP Module in Grainger Mexico. Included training material creation as well as translator role between IT SAP experts and the non-bilingual team members.
• AP Supplier Portal Implementation (Taulia), Negotiation, configuration, implementation and testing of the very first AP Portal in the company.
• Accounts Payable migration (US to Panamá), Migration of the AP operation from US to a new shared services established in Panama. It included training, implementation and stabilization. (ERP SAP)
