• Respond to dispatch calls for vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or illegal parking
• Drive to the scene and assess the situation
• Secure vehicles using chains, winches, or steering blocks
• Tow vehicles to designated service stations, impound lots, or junkyards
• Perform minor roadside repairs such as jump-starts, tire changes, or reconnecting parts
• Communicate with customers to explain procedures and offer assistance
• Complete paperwork and submit reports on each tow
