• Track progress and coordinate efforts across multiple programs to relay to York program managers and leadership
• Create/address action items and meeting notes via Confluence/Jira
• Oversee all activities associated with multiple programs to ensure the program achieves its goals
• Interact with customers and vendors to address concerns and questions via email and meetings under PM supervision
• Manage program risk and coordinate corrective measures
• Assist in directing individuals across multiple internal teams to accomplish actions

Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution

• Perform and develop test procedures for various required system checkouts for a new ground system to collect and process data from missile warning satellites
• Oversee testing events for FORGE (RTX) / NIO (Lockheed Martin) and report findings to Chief Engineer via Confluence and Jira software programs
• Purse technical solutions from customer feedback/questions
• Obtained LFS 250 Kubernetes and Cloud Native Essentials Certificate to improve understanding and develop improvements for cloud based architecture
• Extensive use of Grafana and OpenShift software
• Manage and support relationships across different teams/companies throughout the program to drive to customer solutions

Joint Polar Satellite Systems

• Help process raw data from a network of satellites into readable weather information for various customers working in the interface data processing segment of the program (NOAA, NASA, etc.)
• Continuous support to the team as the Modernization phase was implemented for the Kubernetes containerization of the individual SI’s within AWS
• Update and edit interface control documents reflecting program advancements via DOORS software and engineer change request processes
• Utilize Atlassian software including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

• Monitor real time alarms and events on the Facebook fiber optic network and troubleshoot to resolution
• Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting on Ciena 6500/Waveserver, Infinera DNA optical equipment throughout the Facebook fiber optic network
• Utilize optical time domain reflectometers and Command-Line Interface to verify physical and software errors occurring on router and connecting server equipment
• Coordinate and work alongside field technicians onsite to resolve and identity issues on the Facebook fiber optic network throughout North America, APAC, and EMEA
• Communicate with customers, Facebook FTEs and other internal Facebook departments to resolve and identify future possible network impacts to the Facebook network
