Summary

With over 16+ years as a licensed school counselor in K–12 settings, I’ve built my practice on trust, empathy, and strong relationships. I know the power of feeling supported in this work, and I’m excited to be that support for other counselors, both within the micro and macro levels of school systems and the district. I’ve led SEL rollouts, partnered with principals to align counseling with MTSS and equity goals, and helped create school environments where students and staff thrive. I’m practical, collaborative, and efficient, but I never lose sight of the heart behind the work. Now pursuing my LPC, I’m eager to coach, uplift, and walk alongside counselors as they grow their impact.
