Actually, my first job title on Grupo Exito was cashier, checking products, being in charge of the register box´s cash, serving the customers and helping them in anything they could need. Afterwards based on my experience into the company and my achievements, they promoted me up to commercial adviser in the electronic sales area, which currently I am in, some of my tasks is to help customers find the product they required, offer our different service and benefits in addition to the product that the customers are already purchasing, giving good advise of what they trying to buy depending on their necessities, the offered service are the insurances, extended warranties and technical assistance.
