In this role, I began as a customer service agent, efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns, and progressively advanced within the company, working across various departments and mastering key processes. As comprehensive support for the line, I provided technical and operational solutions to ensure service continuity and actively contributed to the design, implementation, and launch of a new campaign by offering strategic insights and operational improvements. This growth allowed me to develop skills in leadership, adaptability, and collaboration with different teams, always focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
