• In this role, I was a tech agent for a telecomunication company, I took care of services/system issues, manofacturing problems, payments and basic transactions

• Take Calls - Outbound / Inbound
• In this role, I was responsible for taking calls, responding to customer queries and also returning calls when required.
• Back Office
• Provide customer support via email, answering questions, returning calls if the customer requested, providing customer service, information and resolution of cases.
• Chat Support
• I was responsible for helping the agent work from home through chat.
• Floor Support
• I was in charge of providing assistance to the agents if necessary.
