I was about to use the AI generator but id rather just be honest. I can cook and I can hold my own in a busy kitchen. I always go the extra mile. When its slow and everyone is on their phones im cleaning something everyone ignores and organize what people don't want to. I am always loyal to my chefs and my co-workers. I know the kitchen can be crazy so I keep everything light and try to be the comedic relief. As for skills I can do just about anything a cook should do I can make an omelette, I can make a steak, knife skills,sanitation skills,organization skills,prep skills,labeling and set-up. My biggest weaknesses are I can be too nice to everyone and ill stretch myself thin, I also come off as condescending and a kiss a** but I mean everything genuinely but today's day and age everyone thinks negative first. I also tend to go too hard and push myself too much, my last kitchen I would get in 9am go until 3pm, 1 hour break that i would use to go for a 2.2 mile ruck/run come back work a crazy 250 dinner service not get home until 11;30, dont sleep until 3am becuase i have like 300Mgs of caffeine in my blood. Wake up at 7am be ready by 9am. Ill start as a dishwasher again and work my way back up.
