  • Complete SR requests when applicable.
  • Use data analysis tools to respond to equipment in EN/PT status, active QUAL failures or failures from hold lots. This includes adjusting recipe parameters within tools to adjust QUAL recipes.
  • Recognize and act upon NCM events in real time, always using most recent company NCM procedures.
  • Train employees in my areas of expertise as well as proactively seeking out training for new responsibilities.
  • Update documentation and train operators, LTs and peers to empower people with new skills such as training recipes on tools, responding to NCM events and responding to hold duties that were previously held by engineering.
  • Expert in operation, recipe optimization, data analysis, and troubleshooting for metrology tools, including ALTAIR, MPG, FILMETRICS, UV, and FSM.
  • Set up recipes for non-por measurements or new operations using prior knowledge or written instructions from engineering.
  • Review and analyze defect data and images from ALTAIR and acting on data to put tools down or reach out to appropriate engineers / groups in a timely and effective manner.
  • Continuously reach out to engineering for further training to allow myself to take care of hold lots and situations that would otherwise go to engineering.
  • Previously Process Technician for ETCH and MIRRA before transitioning to being CVD/PVD Process Technician. Prior experience with LAM, IPC, SSE, WETBENCH, ONTRAK and MIRRA.
  • Expert use in MES systems (SMART, SQCS, EMMA, BARS, CMMS) as well Klarity, JMP, BEAM/AWSS and FSUI.
