I am licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty in Colorado. I work in a hybrid position, servicing current insureds policies and making calls on leads for sales. With servicing, I work off task lists for current policies, underwriting memo's and taking inbound calls from insureds and walk ins to make any changes they are needing. When doing sales, I talk with prospects on what the best policies are to put in place for them and their families, once the insured's app is submitted I work with underwriting on getting any other information they may need to issue the policy. I always make sure current insureds and prospects have a great experience and are happy with the service I am providing for them.

• I worked as a Project Manager/Admin for our family Floor Covering company
• Duties included running the Commercial crews and coordinated them on different jobs. I met with contractors and customers to make sure we hit deadlines, completed walk throughs and punch lists to make sure work was to customer satisfaction.
