I am licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty in Colorado. My day to day consists of taking in bound lead calls while also making outbound calls to leads who are/were looking for Auto, Life and fire policies.

Once the insured's app is submitted I work with underwriting on getting any other information they may need to issue the policy.

When talking with leads I build a rapport with them and make sure they have a great experience and are happy with the service I am providing for them.

I also help insured's when they come into the office for questions on their policy or if they are a new client interested in a policy.

• I worked as a Project Manager/Admin for our family Floor Covering company
• Duties included running the Commercial crews and coordinated them on different jobs. I met with contractors and customers to make sure we hit deadlines, completed walk throughs and punch lists to make sure work was to customer satisfaction.
• I worked on the floor with tear out, prep and re installation of the floor coverings including Carpet, Tile, LVT/LVP
• I was over payroll and coordinated travel for the crews on our out of state jobs.
