1. Locate stolen vehicles by use of ALPR or other investigative means, identify and arrest suspects with a nexus to auto theft, fraud, and identity theft, and gather intelligence/evidence for further/later follow-up.

2. Assisted in arrests and recoveries as well as transports for suspects in custody

3. Conducted rolling surveillance.

4. Engage in high-risk vehicle contacts. (Bumper locking vehicles or pinning vehicles in from front and rear)

5. Working with aircraft to survey stolen vehicles and come up with plans to contact vehicle.

6. Proficient use in mobile LPR (ELSAG) and stationary LPR systems. (Flock, Auto Vu Cloudrunner)
