Developed and implemented a new general music program for grades K through 8. Overseeing all aspects of the music curriculum shaping direction of the program tailored to meet the needs of the students.

Incorporated creative activities into lessons to engage students and spark interest in music. Tailored instruction to meet individual student needs and cultivated inclusive learning environment. Utilized current technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement.

Encouraged social interaction and collaboration among students to foster camaraderie and teamwork. Mentored struggling students with individualized approach to enhance learning. Advised parents of student progress by communicating student's achievements and developing methods for improvement. Scheduled shows and performances in accordance with school calendar. Attended and lead department meetings and collaborated with other fine arts teachers.

High School Music Director which consisted of teaching and conducting Wind Ensemble, Band, Jazz Band, Choir, and Music Appreciation. Created inspiring and meaningful daily class practices that included not only performing and practice but ensemble building skills. Nurtured and inspired individual students' voices while fostering their love of the arts. Collaborated with area High School educators to perform together in order to expand and enrich their performance opportunities. Encouraged social interaction and collaboration among students to foster camaraderie and teamwork. Offered enriching performance opportunities for all students including conducting and preparing for performances with the Band, Choir and Jazz Band which included performances at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Woosley Hall at Yale University as well as Magic Music Days at Walt Disney World. Collaborated with sister Girls High School for enriching and educational joint performances. Conducted and taught students to perform in the pit orchestra. Worked closely with other arts directors of theschool to collaborate to create inspiring and meaningful arts in academic education.

Taught clarinet sectionals at Colorado Honor Band for absent instructors grades 4-12 to prepare students for their performances as well as clarinet technique. Taught and prepared students for City Wide Sectionals Band.

Taught Clarinet sectionals at Adams City High School to supplement their curriculum. Prepare students for their performances as well as clarinet technique.

Created and Implemented a new music program grades K-6. Prepared lessons, classroom instruction of music concepts, music games and classroom musicals and instrumental concerts. Nurtured and inspired student's individual voice and love of the arts Began an after school instrumental and vocal program. Instruments included woodwind, brass, percussion and voice and began a concert band and vocal ensemble grades 4-6. Planned and executed targeted lesson plans to instruct on music theory, music history and performance. Developed strong working relationships with teachers, parents and students to propel school and departmental vision and goals. Guided and oversaw music department in accomplishing educational benchmarks through curriculum planning, instruction, composition and performance.

Play and perform with the clarinet section in this ensemble. Taught outreach clarinet sectionals through the Wind Ensemble. Collaborate with other clarinetists in performing multiple concerts a year. Perform and work in community outreach.

Used knowledge of legal precedents to analyze probable outcome of cases. Negotiated settlements and mediated disputes between parties finding mutually beneficial solutions. Counseled clients and collaborated with attorneys on potential outcomes of legal matters. Researched and wrote contracts and agreements.
