Summary
I am a mother of two boys - Jackson (Sophomore 15) and Blake (8th Grade 14) and a wife to my husband, Scott for almost 19 years. When I was in college, I gave my life to the Lord and have been committed to making my relationship with Jesus one of my highest priorities ever since. This could explain why almost every employment that I have pursued since college has been in the church. I moved from TX in 2004 to help plant a church in Broomfield, CO. I was on staff with the sending church which was located in Austin, TX. Eventually that church closed it doors, but I stayed in CO as I had just met my husband. God had a plan! In December 2010, I resigned from my job at Colorado Community Church to become a stay at home mom when my youngest was born.

- Recruited talented musicians from within the Denver Metro Area to build a diverse worship team. Intentional focus on raising up volunteers within the church that are gifted vocally as well as those who are gifted musicians.
- Managed administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and budgeting to ensure the smooth operation of the worship department.
- Increased congregational engagement during worship through intentional song selection and meaningful transitions. Songs are intentionally selected that encourage and help congregation look upwards in praise.
- Overseeing the audiovisual teams to create seamless integration between music, lighting, and multimedia components in worship experiences.
- Organized special events such as our annual Outdoor concert that promotes community involvement with the neighborhoods around the church.
