Provide excellent customer service to our insured customers as well as our non-insured customers. Handling the daily ins and outs of a claim including but not limited to Total Losses, repairs, customer paperwork, liability and coverage investigations.

• Room patient's, assist providers in minor surgical procedures, transcribe daily visits, stocking of rooms, data entry, attention to detail in order to comply with state and federal medical guidelines, triage, lead medical assistant

• Room patient's, take vitals, surgery scheduler for very busy Neurosurgeon, assist patient's in pre and post-operative requirements and expectations, loading of patient imaging, coordinating with hospital staff and operating room protocols

• Communicate with various departments on site and off to maintain the law and safety of animals in the region
• Respond to emergent and non-emergent dispatch calls, maintain and uphold state animal cruelty laws and local guidelines
