  • Ecclesiastical Leader for 200 young full time volunteer missionaries and 5,000 church members in 8 congregations in Colombia.
  • Accountable for establishing culture, vision, long term and short term goals, achievement of goals / standards of excellence of the Mission
  • Responsible for spiritual guidance, counseling, direction, training & performance improvement and for church governance..
  • Created and executed on-line proselyting strategy during the pandemic (8 months when missionaries not permitted to leave apartments)
  • Drove 700% increase in referrals which lead to a rapid return to performance objectives post pandemic. Increased goal achievement by 54% versus 2020 and 27% versus 2021. 2022 achievements to date above pre-pandemic performance
