• Plan and deliver lessons utilizing a One-Pager for Math and ELA. Using the grade-level Common Core standard and Backward Design. Completion of scholarly work to create an exemplar, plan for misconceptions, and develop guiding and progressive questions for monitoring and unpacking scholarly work, to be able to differentiate for each learner with real-time feedback.
• Utilize multiple modes of delivery to engage scholars through structured time for Tier 1, and Tier 2/3 instruction. Thus, increasing classroom interaction to build an inclusive learning environment.
