During my time as the Detective Sergeant at the Lafayette Police Department I fulfilled a three month tenure as the acting Detective Commander. I led an investigative tem through homicide investigations, attempted homicide investigations, sexual assault investigations, arson investigations, assault investigations, and more. I supervised three large scale COCCA investigations that resulted in Grand Jury indictments on over 30 suspects and crippled three theft enterprises to include one multi-state theft ring. All of these investigations required a great deal of interagency cooperation and two of the investigations had investigators assigned to the investigation with me assigned as the investigation supervisor.
