Summary
I started my mining career at West Elk in October of 2004 as a contractor working on belts. I was hired on as an employee in March of 2005. I became a salary belt supervisor in October 2007. In 2013 I started cross training on the Long Wall and in 2015 was asked to become a full time supervisor on the Long Wall. In 2022 I became the Long Wall Maint Coordinator.
